How do I create or delete my account?
You can create an account by downloading FitCoachAI and following the onboarding flow. To delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account, or email us at support@eduard-vlase.com and we will process your request within 30 days.
How do I manage my Pro subscription?
You can manage or cancel your Pro subscription ($9.99/mo) at any time through Settings > Subscription. If you subscribed via the App Store or Google Play, manage your subscription through your device's store settings. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Go to Settings > Data > Export to download all your workout logs, nutrition data, measurements, and profile information in JSON or CSV format. Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to a portable copy of your data at any time.
How accurate is the AI coaching?
FitCoachAI uses advanced AI to provide personalized training and nutrition guidance based on your profile, goals, and logged data. While the AI continuously improves, its recommendations are general fitness guidance and not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your training or diet.
What devices and platforms are supported?
FitCoachAI is available on iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android devices. We also offer a web dashboard accessible from any modern browser. The app requires iOS 16+ or Android 10+ for full functionality.
How do I cancel my subscription and get a refund?
You can cancel anytime in Settings > Subscription. You will retain Pro access until the end of your billing period. We generally do not issue partial refunds, but for extenuating circumstances, email support@eduard-vlase.com and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
Is my health and fitness data secure?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We follow industry-standard security practices and never sell your personal data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
The app is not syncing or loading correctly. What should I do?
First, make sure you are running the latest version of the app and have a stable internet connection. Try force-closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, clear the app cache in Settings > Advanced > Clear Cache, or contact us at support@eduard-vlase.com with details about your device and the issue.
