  • Device information: device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and app version.
  • Usage data: features used, session duration, interaction patterns, and crash reports.
  • Log data: IP address, browser type, access times, and referring URLs.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Provide and personalize AI-powered fitness coaching, training plans, and nutrition recommendations.

FitCoachAI provides general fitness and nutrition guidance powered by artificial intelligence. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program, making dietary changes, or if you have concerns about your health.

Health-related data such as bloodwork results is stored solely to help personalize your coaching experience and is never used for diagnostic purposes.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
